§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

These regulations define the rules of:
- using the online store,
- placing orders,
- concluding sales contracts,
- delivering digital and physical products,
- submitting complaints,
- withdrawing from the contract.

§2 DEFINITIONS
- Seller– PIOKAMI Rajmund Januszewski
- Client– a natural person, company, or organizational unit making a purchase
- Digital product– content delivered electronically (e.g., e-books, instructions, files)
- Physical product– tangible items
- Sales contract– a contract concluded between the Client and the Seller
§3 TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
To use the store, the following is required:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address.
§4 PLACING ORDERS
Orders can be placed through the website24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The condition for order fulfillment is:
- providing correct data,
- making payment.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment of payment confirmation.
Orders are processed within3–14 working daysfrom the moment of receiving payment.
§5 PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are stated in Polish zlotys (PLN) and are gross prices.
Available payment methods:
- online fast transfers,
- electronic payments,
- traditional bank transfer.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices.
§6 PRODUCT DELIVERY
Digital products
Digital products are delivered:
- automatically after payment is made,
- via a download link or email.
The Client is obliged not to share purchased materials with third parties.
Physical products
Physical products are delivered within7–14 days, depending on product availability.
§7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of digital products if:
- the delivery of content has begun with the Client's consent,
- the Client has been informed about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
By making a purchase, the Client agrees to the immediate execution of the order.
Return of physical products
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within14 dayswithout giving a reason.
This period expires 14 days from the day the consumer took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed (e.g., via email).
- The goods must be sent back immediately, no later than within 14 days.
- The consumer bears the return costs.
- Refunds occur within 14 days of receiving the goods.
§8 COMPLAINTS
The Client has the right to submit a complaint.
Complaints should be reported to the address:biuro@piokami.pl
A complaint should include:
- Client's data,
- description of the problem.
Complaints are processed within14 days.
§9 COPYRIGHT
All electronic materials available in the store are the property of the Seller.
It is prohibited to:
- copy,
- distribute,
- share with third parties.
Infringement of copyright may result in civil and criminal liability.
§10 LIABILITY
The Seller is not liable for:
- improper use of materials,
- damages resulting from improper installation of devices,
- errors resulting from the Client's lack of knowledge or experience.
The Client carries out projects at their own risk.
§11 PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
The data controller isPIOKAMI Rajmund Januszewski.
Data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
The Client has the right to:
- access their data,
- correct it,
- request deletion.
§12 FINAL PROVISIONS
The Seller reserves the right to change these regulations.
Polish law applies to contracts concluded through the store.
In matters not regulated, the provisions of the:
- Civil Code,
- Consumer Rights Act apply.
§13 ONLINE PAYMENTS (AUTOPAY)
- Online payment processing in the store is carried out by an external payment operator.
- The customer can use the following payment methods:
- fast online transfers (pay-by-link),
- BLIK payments,
- credit card payments:
- Visa,
- Visa Electron,
- Mastercard,
- Mastercard Electronic,
- Maestro.
- In the case of selecting online payment, the customer is redirected to the secure page of the payment operator to complete the transaction.
- Payment is considered completed at the moment of obtainingpositive payment authorization.
- The order processing time is counted from the moment:
- of obtaining positive payment authorization – in the case of card payments,
- of the seller's bank account being credited – in the case of other payment methods.
- The seller does not charge additional fees for using card payments unless explicitly stated otherwise during the ordering process.
- Customer payment data is processed by the payment operator in accordance with its regulations and security policy.
